Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment role, preferably within the Human Resources & Recruitment industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technologies
  • Experienced in sourcing and screening candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking
  • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining a diverse and high-performing talent pipeline
  • Familiar with employment laws, regulations, and best practices related to talent acquisition

Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent
  • Sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates to identify the best fit for our open roles
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and requirements
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates
  • Providing guidance and coaching to the recruitment team to enhance their skills and performance
  • Continuously monitoring and improving recruitment processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Generating recruitment reports and analytics to track and measure the success of our talent acquisition efforts
