Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in e-commerce logistics.
- Strong process- and detail-oriented mindset, with meticulous attention to ensure procedures are followed accurately.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Hands-on approach, as the role will involve warehouse-based work.
- Strong ability to quickly grasp operational processes and systems.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to connect effectively with people and communicate clearly.
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications and Google Workspace tools.
- Quick learner, able to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Accountable for ensuring that all assigned tasks are attended to on a daily basis.
- Ensure all inquiries related to assigned delivery issues are properly addressed and closed in a timely manner, in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure all PETs created for assigned tasks are handled daily and closed within the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA), as per SOPs.
- Maintain full adherence to the Recovery Department’s SOPs.
- Ensure full compliance with the 5S workplace organization standards.
- Keep relevant stakeholders informed of issues related to tagged orders.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data entered into the recovery system.
- Assist the Manager/Head with ad hoc projects, reporting, and analysis as required.
