Job Role: Senior Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist (Email, Socials & Video)

Compensation range: 1500 - 2000 AUD / Monthly

Engagement type: Independent Contractor Agreement
Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday)

Who We Are: At Hunt St, we help Australian companies hire top remote talent in the Philippines. For this role, you will be engaged directly by the client as an independent contractor. We are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote so you'll be able to work from home.

Born in the cloud we want to help our clients by following a doctrine of implementing best business strategies, minimizing tax & compliance, creating a healthy finance function while employing state of the art technology.


Role Overview: We’re building a next-generation marketing team and we’re after someone world-class. A marketer who’s part copywriter, part creative, part growth hacker. Someone who can plan campaigns, execute them fast, and produce assets that actually convert not just look pretty.

If you can write and edit, strategize and execute, this role is for you. You’ll own the company's lead generation engine across:

Email marketing, Social media, Meta ads and Short-form video creation

You’ll be responsible for turning content into leads — from writing persuasive emails to editing engaging reels and running high-performing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

Email Marketing & Automations

  • Plan and execute email campaigns that generate inbound leads and booked calls.
  • Write high-converting subject lines, copy, and CTAs.
  • Manage HubSpot automations, segmentation, and reporting.
  • Test, analyze, and optimize email performance weekly.

Social Media & Lead Funnels

  • Create and post content daily across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts.
  • Write scroll-stopping captions and hooks with clear CTAs.
  • Design graphics (Canva/Figma/Adobe) that drive traffic to landing pages.
  • Manage organic growth and engagement — tracking what drives conversions, not just reach.

Meta Ads & Paid Campaigns

  • Build and optimize Facebook/Instagram ad funnels (cold, warm, retargeting).
  • Write direct-response ad copy and design creative variations for testing.
  • Track cost per lead (CPL), click-through rate (CTR), and ROAS.
  • Collaborate on offers, lead magnets, and audience targeting.

Video Editing & Creative Production

  • Edit and produce short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikToks) for paid and organic campaigns.
  • Cut long-form videos into highlight clips with captions and hooks.
  • Apply brand overlays, transitions, and sound design to make content engaging.
  • Use CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve to produce polished final assets.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Maintain dashboards showing email, ad, and social performance.
  • Report weekly on leads, conversions, and ROI.
  • Suggest tests and creative changes to improve results.

Requirements

  • 5 + years in digital marketing, growth, or creative production
  • Proven track record of lead generation via email + social
  • Expert copywriting skills (especially in direct response)
  • Proficient in video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or equivalent)
  • Strong design skills (Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite)
  • Experienced with Meta Ads Manager
  • Hands-on with HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar CRM tools
  • Analytical mindset — fluent in data, testing, and optimization

Preferred

  • Experience in finance, consulting, or B2B professional services
  • Familiarity with SEO and paid YouTube campaigns


Work Arrangement & Expectations:

This is a remote role that will be set up as an independent contractor engagement.

To ensure alignment and transparency, successful candidates will be expected to:

  • Be available for meetings and collaboration during core [AEST or PHT] business hours
  • Disclose any existing ongoing roles or client work
  • Reflect this engagement on their LinkedIn profile (clearly marked as “Independent Contractor”)
