Job Role: Compliance Reporting Specialist

Salary range: $1,300 AUD - $1,700 AUD / Monthly

Work Schedule: M-F, 9AM-5PM (AEST). Flexibility in hours may be granted where key deliverables are achieved.

Role Overview: We are seeking a Methamphetamine Reporting Specialist to join our team as a full-time contractor, operating remotely from the Philippines. This role plays a key part in ensuring the accuracy, quality, and timeliness of meth reporting and related compliance processes. You’ll be working closely with the Head of Operations, Training Team, and Quality Team to support investigative and reporting activities — all while maintaining professionalism, accuracy, and strong communication.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Conduct investigations and reporting activities related to methamphetamine cases as required.
  • Perform meth reporting tasks including:
    • Identifying and verifying results.
    • Checking samples are correctly located and documented.
    • Reviewing associated forms and data for accuracy.
    • Liaising with sites via phone and email to advise on next steps.
    • Preparing and sending final reports.
  • Collaborate with the Training and Quality Teams to flag and address irregularities or inconsistencies.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and uphold compliance standards.
  • Undertake additional administrative or operational responsibilities as the role evolves.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; professional and confident phone manner.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and able to manage tasks under pressure.
  • Outgoing personality with a good sense of humour and a positive attitude.
  • Empathetic and able to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills preferred.
  • Prior compliance experience is an advantage (not mandatory).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar applications.

This is a remote role that will be set up via an Employer of Record (EOR) service.
