Sr Accounting Analyst

Location: Fully Remote - LATAM

We’re seeking a seasoned accountant with a strong technical orientation and a continuous improvement mindset to streamline and scale our accounting operations. You’ll be at the heart of our finance team. This role will be central to daily accounting tasks, with an emphasis on accurate monthly closings, consolidation of financial statements across controlled entities and the parent company, and ensuring accounting compliance across multiple jurisdictions. This is the opportunity to become the company’s key accounting reference. You’ll also shape processes from scratch, delivering reliable financial insights with speed and autonomy while continuously enhancing efficiency.

• Actively participate in end-to-end accounting management, including execution of operational tasks, preparation of monthly closes, and preparation and analysis of consolidated balances between subsidiaries and the parent company, in compliance with local and international accounting standards.
• Design and implement robust, scalable accounting processes, incorporating simple automations (e.g., SQL, applied AI, advanced spreadsheet formulas, Zapier/N8N) to minimize errors and reduce manual effort.
• Ensure tax and accounting compliance across all jurisdictions where the company operates, collaborating with external advisors as needed.
• Serve as the technical accounting point of contact during external audits, ensuring delivery of validated, clear, and well‑documented financial information.

• Graduate in Accounting, with experience leading or executing full financial closings.
• Experience working with intercompany balances and consolidations within a corporate environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets: formulas, logical functions, and data management.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and effective at interpersonal communication.
• Intermediate English
