About the role
We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Search Engine Engineer to join
our core technology team. You wil be responsilble foithe design, development, and
optimization of our core product search system, driving improvements to user
experience through advancedsearch technologies and data insights.
Qualifications
- Proficient in programming languages such as Java and Python.
- Solid understanding of search engine technologies, including tokenization, indexing, weighting, scoring algorithms, and rankingalgorithms.
- Deep familiarity with the architecture of open-source search engines such as Lucene, Sol, and Elasticsearch, with proven experience in secondary development.
- Hands-on experience in search relevance algorithms, ranking algorithms, and personalized search techniques.
- Backaround in information retrieval., natural language processing, or data mining is highly preferred.
- Strong analvtical and problem-solving skils, with a passion for continuous learning and technical excellence
