Lead the team that gets signage installed right, on-time, across ANZ.

Coates installs digital and traditional signage into live sites, on tight programmes. You'll lead the installation managers who run those projects and the contractor crews who deliver them on site — and own the numbers behind them.

Responsibilities

What you'll own

Your installation managers — hiring, coaching and holding a high bar

Every install delivered on time, on budget and safely

The contractor network — sourcing, capacity, quality and rates

Site readiness, client escalations and the fast calls that keep a programme moving

The P&L for installation — margin, cost per install, contractor utilisation

The structure, process and systems a fast-growing business needs

What you'll bring

10+ years delivering field installation, construction or fit-out work — including real time on site

5+ years leading managers, not only leading teams

A proven record of delivering through contractor and subcontractor networks

Solid grounding in codes, permits and site safety

Experience scaling an installation operation without losing quality
