About the Role
As a Senior Brand & Campaign Marketeer at Greetz, you play a key role in shaping and executing our marketing strategy. You’re someone who can link creative ideas to clear goals and a smart strategy.
We work according to the “Where to Play and How to Win” methodology: we deliberately choose where to focus and how to make an impact there. You’ll translate those strategic choices into campaigns that engage, inspire, and deliver measurable results.
Every month, we create a clear marketing plan together — with defined priorities, tangible objectives, and a well-structured campaign calendar. You bring those plans to life, keep track of progress, and help the team get a little better every month.
About You:
- An experienced marketing professional with at least 5 years’ experience in brand & campaign management, marketing communications, or brand activation (preferably within e-commerce or a consumer brand).
- Proven experience managing brands and campaigns in a consumer or e-commerce environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn insights into impactful actions.
- A creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
- Excellent communication skills, both in Dutch and English.
- Comfortable working in dynamic, multidisciplinary teams.
- A hands-on mentality with great attention to detail and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, plan, and execute brand and campaign strategies that support our overall brand goals.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with creative, performance, and product teams to bring campaigns to life.
- Analyse market trends and consumer behaviour to turn insights into relevant marketing actions.
- Manage the annual marketing budget and ensure optimal ROI.
- Coordinate with external agencies, suppliers, and media partners.
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, providing recommendations for optimisation.
- Safeguard brand consistency across all communication touchpoints.
