📍Online Merchandise Assistant | Almere | Fulltime - Hybrid working

About the Role

As our new Online Merchandise Assistant, you’ll play a key role in bringing the Greetz product assortment to life online. From keeping our product catalogue accurate and up to date to supporting campaigns and improving the customer journey — you’ll make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
By working closely with teams across the business, you’ll help create a seamless and inspiring shopping experience so our customers can always find exactly what they’re looking for.

About You:

  • Professional proficiency in both Dutch and English.
  • Strong analytical mindset and confidence working with data.
  • Practical, hands-on attitude and ability to perform well in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
  • Proactive and always looking for ways to improve the assortment and website.
  • Preferably experience in e-commerce, particularly in buying or merchandising.
  • Comfortable collaborating across different teams.
  • Bonus if you have knowledge of SEO, conversion optimisation, or tools such as Excel, SAP, Commercetools, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Contentful.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update the online product catalogue with accurate details, images, descriptions, and pricing.
  • Support the setup of products in internal systems to ensure smooth integration and visibility on the platform.
  • Regularly review product pages for consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the Content Manager, CRM Marketeer, and Trading Manager to optimise landing pages and campaign content.
  • Improve the customer journey by identifying and implementing enhancements to website and app functionality and user experience.
  • Assist with site checks and performance monitoring, flagging any issues that arise.
  • Provide data support to buyers through data entry, reporting, and ad-hoc administrative tasks.
  • Analyse sales data to support assortment analysis and decision-making.
  • Set up and maintain pricing, promotional actions, and seasonal product changes.
  • Work closely with marketing, tech, operations, and customer service teams to ensure alignment for product launches and promotions.
Interview Process

Step 1: 20–30 minute phone screening with the recruiter
Step 2: 45 minute virtual interview with the hiring manager and another team member
Step 3: 60 minute in-person final interview, including a short presentation based on a pre-shared assignment
