Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong skills in multi-cloud Salesforce development. Ideally across Data Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. The ideal candidate is passionate about building robust, scalable, and innovative Salesforce solutions that drive customer engagement and operational efficiency.
While hands-on experience in all four clouds is highly desirable, we also welcome candidates with strong expertise in 2–3 clouds and working knowledge of the rest, as long as they are committed to quickly ramping up in new areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds.
- Integrate Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud for seamless customer experiences.
- Collaborate with architects and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
- Create custom Apex classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.
- Manage API integrations with external systems and Salesforce platforms.
- Optimize data models and leverage Data Cloud for unified customer data strategies.
- Support marketing automation workflows using Marketing Cloud.
- Conduct unit tests, peer code reviews, and follow Salesforce best practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues and ensure timely resolution.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce configuration.
- Proven experience with at least two of the following:
- Data Cloud (Customer 360)
- Service Cloud (case management, service automation)
- Sales Cloud (lead & opportunity management)
- Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio)
- Experience integrating Salesforce with other enterprise applications.
- Advanced English — able to participate in client calls and write technical documentation in English.
- Experience working in agile environments.
- Salesforce Developer Certification(s) strongly preferred; Multi-Cloud certifications are a plus.
