Role Overview
As a Product Manager at Scalepex, you will lead the strategy, development, and lifecycle of digital products that enhance business performance and customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, engineering, design, operations, and client stakeholders, to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery in a fully remote and agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities based on company strategy and client needs.
- Gather and analyze data to identify customer problems and opportunities for product improvement.
- Translate business and user needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Collaborate with UX designers, developers, and QA teams to ensure high-quality product delivery.
- Manage product lifecycle from discovery to delivery and iteration.
- Prioritize backlog items using data-driven decision-making and stakeholder input.
- Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders regarding progress, updates, and risks.
- Monitor product performance metrics and user feedback to inform future iterations.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Manager in a digital or software-driven environment.
- Proven success managing and launching digital products, ideally in B2B or service-based settings.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with product metrics, KPIs, and dashboards.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
- Proficiency with product management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or Productboard.
- Advanced English proficiency is required (written and verbal).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Design, Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with user research or UX design processes.
- Background working with nearshore or remote global teams.
- Familiarity with customer success or call center operations is a plus.
- Certifications such as CSPO, PMP, or Pragmatic Institute preferred.
