Salary Range: R22 000 per month + Uncapped Commission

Leading subscription-based vehicle repair service, offering customers peace of mind with unlimited minor repairs for a low monthly fee. They are rapidly expanding and looking for a phone sales expert to drive conversions from warm leads—people who have already inquired on their website.

The Role

As a Phone Sales Expert, you will be responsible for converting inbound leads into paying customers. You’ll leverage your persuasion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call warm leads who have inquired about their service and guide them through the sign-up process.
• Master objection handling to convert hesitant prospects into long-term customers.
• Use high-level persuasion techniques (Sabri Suby’s methodology, NLP, and proven closing strategies).
• Follow a structured, high-converting script while personalising conversations.
• Create urgency and value to drive immediate sign-ups.
• Hit and exceed sales targets with a competitive, results-driven approach.
• Accurately update CRM with customer interactions and follow-ups.

• Proven experience in high-ticket phone sales (subscription sales, insurance, or similar a plus).
• SalesForce experience
• Mastery of persuasion and closing techniques (Sabri Suby, Jordan Belfort, or similar training preferred).
• Confident, energetic, and articulate communicator who can build instant rapport.
• Ability to handle objections with ease and guide prospects to a "yes"
