Location: Open to candidates in South Africa
Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM SAST
Salary: R20,000 – R25,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)

We’re looking for a highly motivated Appointment Setter to join our dynamic, growth-driven team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for engaging potential clients, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for our sales or client success teams. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound and follow-up calls with potential clients or warm inbound leads.
  • Introduce company services, qualify leads based on set criteria, and schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Utilise CRM software to track interactions, manage pipelines, and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and client teams to ensure a smooth handover and consistent follow-through.
  • Make every conversation count — ensuring prospects feel comfortable, heard, and valued.
  • Provide feedback and insights on lead quality, performance trends, and areas for improvement.

Requirements

What We Expect from You

  • Proven experience as an Appointment Setter, Telemarketer, or in a similar client-facing role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confidence in handling objections and overcoming challenges.
  • Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (or willingness to learn quickly).
  • Self-motivated, accountable, and driven to achieve measurable results.
  • Coachable, adaptable, and open to feedback in a high-performance environment.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; further education or training in marketing, sales, or communications is a plus.
