We are excited to be hiring a Sales Operations Specialist to Dun & Bradstreet Sweden. This role will be responsible for supporting the sales team by managing sales data, generating reports, analyzing trends, and improving sales processes. The role involves collaboration with sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure that all operations run smoothly, while also working to optimize sales tools like CRM systems.

Responsibilities

What you'll do

  • Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, providing actionable insights that support commercial decision-making
  • Monitor and maintain data quality across sales systems, ensuring accurate reporting and reliable business insights
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to support territory planning, customer segmentation, sales coverage, and productivity initiatives
  • Lead the annual customer segmentation process and provide recommendations to optimize account allocation and resource planning
  • Coordinate key sales planning and performance management activities, including quarterly business reviews, account planning, and sales operations projects
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the local sales organization on sales processes, CRM best practices, reporting, and operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with regional Sales Operations teams to align strategies, share best practices, and drive consistency across markets
  • Proactively identify pipeline gaps and performance risks, working with sales leaders to develop improvement plans
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance CRM-based dashboards and reports that provide visibility into sales performance, pipeline health, and business outcomes
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success, to support strategic initiatives and ensure alignment on commercial objectives
  • Support business transformation and process improvement initiatives, helping to standardize and optimize sales operations across the organization
  • Coordinate and support internal audit, compliance, and governance activities by providing reporting, documentation, and operational insights as required
  • What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • 6+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Analytics, Commercial Excellence, or a similar function
  • Strong understanding of CRM platforms (we use Salesforce) and how they support sales effectiveness, pipeline management, forecasting, and business performance
  • Proven ability to work with large datasets, identify trends, generate actionable insights, and translate findings into business recommendations
  • Advanced skills in Power BI, Excel, and the Microsoft Office suite, with experience creating dashboards, reporting solutions, and performance analysis
  • Strong business acumen and customer focus, with the ability to balance strategic thinking and operational execution
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, collaborate, and build effective relationships across sales, marketing, and business teams
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail, sound judgement, and a sense of ownership for delivering results
  • Experience leveraging automation, AI-powered tools, or emerging technologies to improve processes, reporting, and business outcomes
  • A continuous learning mindset and genuine curiosity for new technologies, data-driven decision making, and process improvement
  • Fluency in English and Swedish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
