Revenue Operations Manager - Blockchain Infrastructure

Location: Remote - Must be in the European Union (remote-first, office optional). France/ Paris or as close as possible, is always preferred.

Compensation: $80K - $120K

We are hiring a Revenue Operations Manager to act as the essential air-support system for our commercial teams, ensuring they have the reliable, well-structured data needed to accelerate deals and run effective campaigns. You will own and optimize all CRM data, lead generation workflows, and sales/marketing automation.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will own the entire sales and marketing tech stack, providing the leverage necessary for high-growth and efficiency. Your focus is maximizing revenue by ensuring data cleanliness, automating workflows, and providing actionable insights, allowing sales and marketing to focus on conversations and strategy rather than manual tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • CRM Ownership: Own and maintain all CRM data, ensuring its accuracy and consistency.
  • Automation & Workflow: Build and automate sales and marketing processes (workflows, triggers, alerts) for efficiency, managing CRM processes end to end.
  • Lead Generation: Build and manage lead scoring, segmentation, and nurturing campaigns to support sales efforts.
  • Data Enrichment: Enrich prospect databases with firmographic, technographic, and intent data for targeted outreach.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Partner with sales and marketing to design insightful reporting, dashboards, and KPIs that drive performance.
  • Tech Stack Integration: Ensure smooth and reliable integrations between the CRM, marketing automation, and other Go-To-Market (GTM) tools.
  • Training & Support: Train and support sales and marketing teams on CRM best practices and data-driven workflows.

Requirements

  • Experience: 6+ years of experience managing CRM and marketing/sales automation systems.
  • Lead Gen Expertise: Proven track record of driving lead generation and nurturing through data and automation.
  • Tech Stack Skills: Skilled in building workflows, automations, and integrations across GTM tech stacks.
  • Data Proficiency: Strong understanding of data enrichment tools, prospecting platforms, and intent data.
  • Analytics: Experience creating dashboards and analytics that successfully drive sales/marketing performance.
  • Mindset: Detail-oriented and process-driven, with a knack for keeping data clean and reliable.
  • Communication: Excellent communicator, able to work closely with sales, marketing, and leadership.

Preferred Experience (Nice-to-Haves):

  • Experience in fintech, financial services, or blockchain sectors.
  • Familiarity with GDPR and data privacy requirements.
