Remote Structural Drafter & Modeler (Revit, Autocad & Advanced Steel)

We are seeking a skilled Structural Drafter & Modeler to support our residential and commercial projects across the U.S. The ideal candidate will have experience drafting and modeling structural projects in wood, steel, and concrete, with proven expertise in preparing accurate construction drawings and models. This role requires strong technical ability, attention to detail, and familiarity with U.S. project standards.

Responsibilities

• Draft and model structural elements for residential and commercial projects (wood, steel, concrete).
• Prepare detailed construction drawings, plans, and documentation.
• Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• Revise drawings and models based on feedback from the project team.
• Maintain organized project files and meet established deadlines.

Proven experience as a structural drafter/modeler, preferably in U.S.-based projects.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Advance Steel.

Strong knowledge of structural drafting standards and practices.

Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.

Ability to deliver a professional portfolio of completed projects.

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
