Salary: $140,000.00 - $160,000 per year + benefits 

Are you a dedicated LPCC passionate about delivering quality mental health care remotely? We are seeking empathetic, skilled, and licensed counselors to provide virtual therapy services to clients across California.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual individual, group, or family therapy sessions.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Maintain detailed and timely clinical documentation in EHR systems.
• Participate in case consultations and ongoing training sessions.

• Active LPCC license in California (required).
• Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience post-licensure preferred.
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms.
• Strong communication, empathy, and time-management skills.
