Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) – Wisconsin

Position Summary:
This is a remote opportunity for licensed therapists to join a supportive, forward-thinking team. You'll provide therapy to adults and couples, helping clients navigate life’s challenges through evidence-based approaches.

Job Type: Full-Time | Remote
Hours: Monday to Friday | 9 AM to 5 PM
Salary Range: $100,000–$110,000/year + benefits

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide therapy sessions virtually
• Create and monitor individualized treatment plans
• Complete notes and documentation in a timely manner
• Contribute to peer case reviews
• Ensure ethical, high-quality service delivery

• Master’s in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage & Family Therapy
• Active license in Wisconsin (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or equivalent)
• Comfortable conducting therapy via telehealth platforms
