Position: Full-Time
Salary: $100,000–$110,000
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
We’re looking for Arizona-licensed therapists to join our virtual team and provide accessible care statewide. This role allows you to support clients through remote therapy sessions helping them manage stress, build coping skills, and move toward better mental health while keeping a steady 9–5 work schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions virtually.
• Create treatment plans tailored to client needs.
• Track client outcomes and update documentation.
• Offer strategies and resources for daily challenges.
• Join virtual case reviews with colleagues.

• Active Arizona license (LMFT, LCSW, or LPC).
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Social Work.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience preferred.
• Strong ability to work independently in a remote role.
