Remote Drafter (Software: Chief Architect)

In this role, you will be responsible for creating highly detailed architectural drawings and plans using Chief Architect software. Your proficiency in the software, along with your strong understanding of architectural principles and building codes, will be essential in producing accurate and professional designs.

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with excellent problem-solving skills. The ability to work independently and remotely is crucial, as you will collaborate with our clients from various locations. Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset are essential to ensure effective collaboration and successful project delivery.

• Expertise in Chief Architect software, with a proven track record of drafting architectural designs.
• Strong understanding of architectural principles, U.S building codes, and construction methods.
• Experience creating detailed and accurate architectural drawings and Permit plans.
• Proficiency doing 3D rendering for interiors and exteriors.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• English fluency
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with clients remotely.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet project deadlines.
• Candidates must have a stable internet connection and be available for full-time positions.
