Remote Cost Management Specialist

Uptalent.io is looking for a dedicated and skilled Remote Cost Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing costs related to commercial, interior design and architectural projects, ensuring that all expenses are accounted for, and helping teams optimize budgets to enhance overall project efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct cost analysis for projects and collaborate with project managers to establish budgets.
• Monitor project expenses and prepare financial reports to track project performance against budget.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend alternatives for improving project profitability.
• Assist in preparing bids and proposals by providing accurate cost estimates.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies regarding cost management.

• Proven experience as a Cost Management Specialist or similar role in various industries, inlducing Hotels and Residential
• Strong understanding of financial principles and cost management techniques
• Mandatory: Proficiency in Planswift, Bluebeam, ProCore, Excel
• Mandatory: Fluent in English and advanced communication skills
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, architecture, or a related field is preferred.
