Job Description

We’re looking for a Program Manager to turn strategy into execution, leading the programs that drive outcomes across our products, solutions, and client initiatives.

You’ll build the structure and rhythm behind our most important work, ensuring programs are delivered on time, aligned to client expectations, and supporting Coates’ commercial goals. Working closely with product, technology, delivery, and commercial teams, you’ll bring clarity to complex initiatives and keep stakeholders aligned.

Along the way, you’ll use data, insights, and smart processes to improve how we operate, driving efficiency, visibility, and better outcomes for our teams, partners, and clients.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities for the role

  • Define program requirements aligned to business needs, strategic priorities, and data insights.

  • Lead end-to-end program delivery from concept through execution and implementation.

  • Manage cross-functional initiatives, ensuring milestones, scope, and timelines are achieved.

  • Develop and track program metrics, dashboards, and reporting to monitor performance and impact.

  • Use data and analytics to identify opportunities, drive improvements, and inform decision-making.

  • Design and implement scalable processes that improve operational efficiency and standardise best practices.

  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams.

  • Facilitate collaboration across multiple business units to drive alignment and shared outcomes.

  • Establish governance frameworks to manage program tracking, risks, issues, and dependencies.

  • Communicate progress, insights, and results clearly to leadership and key stakeholders.

  • Requirements

    Qualifications and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree.3+ years of program or project management experience.
  • 3+ years of experience implementing process improvements using data and metrics.
  • Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookups) and SQL skills (or equivalent analytical tools).
  • Experience in building scalable processes, project management frameworks, and schedules.
  • Proven success in operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
