Dun & Bradstreet, a global leader in commercial data, analytics, and insights, is seeking a Product Manager to focus on delivering comprehensive enterprise information solutions for banking clients in Hong Kong. This role will cover core banking scenarios—including credit risk management, cross-border services, and KYC compliance—empowering banks to leverage data for smarter decision-making and enhanced risk management.

Key Responsibilities:
In-depth understanding of multi-scenario information needs of banks

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in finance, economics, banking management, information technology, or legal studies (compliance focus).
  • 5+ years of work experience, including at least 3 years in Hong Kong banking operations with familiarity in end-to-end corporate banking processes (covering credit, cross-border services, KYC compliance, etc.);
  • 2+ years of product development experience in fintech or information services, with a track record in designing enterprise credit, business analytics, or KYC tools preferred.
  • In-depth understanding of Hong Kong’s financial market operations and regulatory frameworks (HKMA, SFC) governing banking credit, cross-border services, KYC, and anti-money laundering;
  • Familiarity with international standards (e.g., FATF) and awareness of digital transformation trends in Hong Kong’s banking sector.
  • Fluent in English (working language) and Cantonese (essential for client communication); proficiency in Mandarin is a plus;
  • Proficient with product design tools (Axure, Figma, etc.) and data analysis skills to identify pain points in banks’ information usage;
  • Strong documentation abilities to independently produce PRDs, compliance requirement specifications, and product roadmaps.
  • Ability to bridge "banking business thinking" and "product execution thinking," translating complex scenarios (including KYC compliance) into actionable product solutions;
  • Excellent cross-team collaboration, project management, and resilience to deliver results amid parallel demands.
Dun & Bradstreet is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We look forward to your contribution to empowering Hong Kong’s banking sector with data-driven decision-making. We offer a competitive salary, a global work platform, and opportunities to collaborate with industry leaders.
