Responsibilities

What you'll do:

You will support the planning and execution of IT security awareness and training campaigns across the company.

You will assist in investigating and documenting security threats such as phishing attempts, policy violations, or access issues.

You will collect, organize, and maintain evidence related to security incidents, training completion, governance controls, and audit requirements.

You will track and report on training progress, incident trends, open governance actions, and recurring operational IT topics.

You will support compliance-related activities, audits, and risk assessments under supervision.

You will assist with general IT support tasks, including handling tickets and helping employees with access, tools, and basic troubleshooting.

You will support office IT operations in Frankfurt, including onboarding/offboarding support, device preparation, and maintaining IT asset documentation.

You will coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth resolution of IT issues and follow-ups when escalations are needed.

Who we're looking for:

You are currently pursuing a degree in Information Security, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

You have a basic understanding of cybersecurity and IT governance concepts.

You have strong organizational skills, with high attention to detail and documentation quality.

You have good written and verbal communication skills.

You are able to handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly.

You are proficient with common productivity tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation tools.

You are proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable supporting both security/governance work and day-to-day IT topics.
