Responsibilities

What you'll do:

  • You will support the planning and execution of IT security awareness and training campaigns across the company.
  • You will assist in investigating and documenting security threats such as phishing attempts, policy violations, or access issues.
  • You will collect, organize, and maintain evidence related to security incidents, training completion, governance controls, and audit requirements.
  • You will track and report on training progress, incident trends, open governance actions, and recurring operational IT topics.
  • You will support compliance-related activities, audits, and risk assessments under supervision.
  • You will assist with general IT support tasks, including handling tickets and helping employees with access, tools, and basic troubleshooting.
  • You will support office IT operations in Frankfurt, including onboarding/offboarding support, device preparation, and maintaining IT asset documentation.
  • You will coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth resolution of IT issues and follow-ups when escalations are needed.
  • Who we're looking for:

  • You are currently pursuing a degree in Information Security, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • You have a basic understanding of cybersecurity and IT governance concepts.
  • You have strong organizational skills, with high attention to detail and documentation quality.
  • You have good written and verbal communication skills.
  • You are able to handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly.
  • You are proficient with common productivity tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation tools.
  • You are proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable supporting both security/governance work and day-to-day IT topics.
