Responsibilities

• Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.

• Gather customer feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of service quality.

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong customer service focus with a passion for helping others.
• Prior experience in customer support or technical support is preferred.
• Ability to effectively troubleshoot technical problems and provide solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, demonstrating a friendly and customer-oriented approach.
