Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Handle inquiries and assist customers with any issues or concerns related to transportation services.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a high level of service and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance your knowledge of products and services.
• Offer feedback and suggestions for process improvements and efficiency.

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote setting.
• Prior experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and open to learning.
