• Deliver exceptional customer support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat from a remote setting.
• Address customer inquiries related to IT products and services, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.

• Document customer interactions and feedback in the company’s CRM system for continuous improvement.

• Fluent in German, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is a must.
