Job Description

About the role
As Executive Assistant to the CEO, you’ll play a key role in helping our CEO stay focused, connected and ahead of priorities. This is a highly visible and senior role where you’ll manage a busy schedule, support smooth communication with the Global Leadership Team (GLT) and wider organization, and help keep important governance processes and strategic projects on track. It’s much more than diary management — you’ll be trusted to coordinate Board activity, support leadership meetings and bring structure, pace and clarity to the CEO’s day-to-day priorities.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

  • Act as a trusted extension of the CEO, reinforcing expectations, standards, and strategic focus
  • Strategically manage a complex global diary across multiple time zones, balancing internal, external, Board and leadership priorities.
  • Support the CEO in driving alignment, accountability, and delivery across the Global Leadership Team (GLT)
  • Partner with the CEO to design and manage the cadence of GLT meetings, including agenda setting, prioritization, and pre-reads
  • Ensure strategic priorities are clearly articulated, tracked, and regularly reviewed, including key milestones and owners
  • Monitor progress against agreed objectives and proactively flag risks, delays, or interdependencies
  • Follow up with GLT members to ensure actions are delivered on time and to the required standard
  • Support preparation for key leadership offsites, strategy sessions, and planning cycles
  • Facilitate alignment across functions by identifying overlaps, gaps, and opportunities for cross-functional collaboration
  • Build trusted relationships across the organization and externally to enable seamless coordination and stakeholder alignment.
  • Help drive clarity around decision rights, ownership, and accountability across the leadership team.
  • Requirements

    About You

  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
  • High discretion and sound judgement
  • Comfortable influencing senior leaders and holding stakeholders to account
  • Strong organisational, project management, and follow-through capability
  • Strong PowerPoint skills, with the ability to create professional decks and continue building AI-enabled efficiencies.
