Location: Remote
Schedule: Full-time; 40 hours per week

About the Role

This role primarily involves executive administrative support focusing on research, data analysis, and import/export operations. The ideal candidate is quick, adaptable, and detail-oriented, ensuring seamless coordination between stakeholders and efficient execution of business processes.

Job Responsibilities:

Executive Support:

  • Manage schedules, emails, and correspondence for executives.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and documentation.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.

Research & Data Analysis:

  • Conduct market research on suppliers, shipping regulations, and trade compliance.
  • Analyze data related to pricing, sourcing, and cost-effective logistics to optimize efficiency.
  • Provide reports and insights to support decision-making.

Import/Export Coordination:

  • Assist in processing import/export documentation and compliance requirements.
  • Track shipments, liaise with suppliers, and resolve logistical issues to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain an updated database of suppliers, vendors, and trade partners.

Process Optimization & Platform Management:

  • Utilize Excel for data entry, reporting, and financial tracking.
  • Manage various online platforms related to trade, logistics, and research.
  • Identify and implement efficiency improvements in administrative and business processes.

Requirements

Must-Have Requirements:

  • Experience in administrative support, research, or import/export operations is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel, data management, and business research.
  • Familiarity with import/export regulations, logistics, and supply chain processes is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize tasks.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using business platforms and digital tools.

Nice-To-Have Requirements:

  • Knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
  • Experience with vendor negotiation and supply chain coordination.
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
