Ecommerce Category Manager - Germany

This is an exciting opportunity to join Emma and our  E-commerce  team. As a E-commerce Category Manager for Germany, you will own the Sales performance of your market from end to end. You’ll define the strategy, drive growth, and shape the customer experience. You will be a key player in our E-Commerce Europe team, contributing to cross-country and cross-functional initiatives, with regular exposure to senior leadership.  

You'll report to the Head of Business Development DACH and work closely with teams across Emma, ranging from Global Marketing, Business Excellence, Category Management to Operations and our other Ecommerce country teams.

Fluency in English and German required.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Economics, Business, Finance or Engineering.

4+ years of experience in Category Management, Business Strategy, or Consulting — ideally in e-commerce, retail, or consumer goods.

Proven P&L ownership or significant contribution to commercial performance.

Strategic, analytical mindset with strong commercial acumen — you understand pricing, margin drivers, and portfolio management.

Business ownership mentality: you take full responsibility, act decisively, and identify growth opportunities proactively.

Cross-functional executor: you align teams, manage dependencies, and follow through with high standards.

Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-scaling environment.
