Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer support to Czech-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.

• Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the company’s CRM system.

• Fluent in Czech, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is a requirement.

• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
