Job Summary
As a Business Development Representative focused on enterprise accounts, you'll be at the forefront of this company’s US expansion. You’ll own a curated list of high-value enterprise prospects and will be responsible for generating qualified pipeline through strategic outreach, personalized messaging, and a deep understanding of the company's product offering. This role offers fast-tracked growth into an Account Executive role for top performers and the chance to work directly with leadership, including the CEO and Commercial Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and engage a targeted list of strategic enterprise accounts across the US
- Drive outbound efforts using personalized, data-driven messaging
- Partner closely with the CEO, marketing, sales, and RevOps to optimize GTM motions
- Develop a deep understanding of customer pain points, use cases, and the buyer journey
- Lead multi-threaded engagement strategies to move prospects through the funnel
- Collaborate with advisors, mentors, and leadership to stay ahead of B2B sales trends
- Track outreach and pipeline metrics in CRM tools (HubSpot or equivalent)
- Contribute to a culture of experimentation, learning, and fast iteration
Requirements
- 1–3 years of B2B outbound sales experience, ideally in SaaS or tech
- Demonstrated success in lead generation or SDR/BDR roles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative on-site environment
- Hands-on, proactive, and driven by ownership and outcomes
- Ambition to become an Account Executive in the near future
- Prior experience working with enterprise clients is a plus
- CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) required
