Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Support Application Mapping & Renewal Planning:

Assist in auditing existing software stacks to spot duplicate tools, redundancies, and integration opportunities.
- Work closely with internal IT and business teams to prepare renewal schedules and contract rationalization roadmaps.
- Vendor Engagement & Sourcing Support:

Participate in commercial negotiations and contract renewals with SaaS and software providers under the guidance of senior team members.
- Review contract terms, benchmark market pricing, and assist in evaluating vendor proposals.
- Synergy Tracking & Reporting:

Track cost optimization metrics, contractual milestones, and post-integration synergy targets.
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentation materials for key stakeholders to maintain clear visibility on project milestones.

Requirements
Qualifications & Profile
- Education: Currently pursuing a Master’s degree (Bac+4 / Bac+5) in Purchasing, Procurement, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or IT Management.
- Foundational Knowledge: An initial grasp of SaaS commercial models, licensing metrics, and standard contractual clauses (or a strong appetite to learn them).
- Interpersonal & Analytical Skills: Clear communication, analytical rigor with tools like Excel/Slides, and an interest in commercial negotiations.
- Mindset: Proactive, structured, and comfortable working autonomously
- Languages: Professional working proficiency in English
