About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Web Designer & Developer to join our client, a leading marketing and creative agency specialising in modern, high-end web design and development. This role involves designing and building stunning, conversion-focused websites primarily using WordPress and Elementor for diverse B2B and e-commerce clients.

You'll work directly with the agency's leadership team and clients, managing complete web projects from initial design concepts through technical implementation and launch. The agency provides established design frameworks, brand guidelines, and a proven project workflow system with clear client expectations and substantial project budgets.

What success looks like: Consistently delivering modern, clean, high-end websites that exceed client expectations whilst maintaining efficient project timelines. You'll handle both the creative design process and technical development, ensuring seamless integration of design vision with functional execution.

• Excellent spoken and written English with strong client communication skills
• 5+ years hands-on experience with Figma for design and prototyping
• Expert-level proficiency with WordPress and Elementor page builder
• Proven portfolio showcasing modern, clean, high-end website designs and builds
• Experience building and integrating e-commerce websites (Shopify, WooCommerce)
• Ability to handle both design creation and technical implementation
• Fast and reliable internet connection; your own laptop or desktop suitable for the role; a quiet working environment; a good quality microphone or headset.
