About the Role
We're seeking an experienced eCommerce Coordinator to support the Senior Leadership Team in executing and managing comprehensive Meta advertising strategies for a scaling consumer brand. This multifaceted role combines responsibilities from Meta campaign management, creative coordination, and operations to ensure seamless integration and execution of all Meta advertising initiatives.

You'll work directly with the senior leadership team, supporting the development, execution, and tracking of Meta advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. The company provides comprehensive creative assets, proven Meta advertising frameworks, and clear campaign targets.

What success looks like: Seamless Meta campaign execution from creative pipeline management through campaign launches, working with senior stakeholders who have clear advertising objectives and substantial budgets. You'll be part of an integrated marketing team with direct access to leadership and clear progression opportunities within the organisation.

• Excellent spoken and written English
• 2+ years hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram advertising)
• Proven success coordinating Meta advertising campaigns and creative asset management
• Experience with campaign calendar management and ensuring timely Meta campaign launches
• Strong experience with creative pipeline management and organising promising creative ideas into structured systems
• Advanced proficiency with Meta Ads Manager
• Fast and reliable internet connection; your own laptop or desktop suitable for the role; a quiet working environment; a good quality microphone or headset.
