Job Title: Virtual Assistant, TikTok Shop

Job Type: Contract / Remote

Job Overview:

We’re helping our client, a leading 9-figure jewelry and activewear brand, find a Virtual Assistant to support their growing TikTok Shop program. In this role, you’ll handle the behind-the-scenes operations that keep livestream commerce running smoothly, including scheduling, product prep and performance tracking. This is a great opportunity for someone highly organized, proactive, and excited about social media and eCommerce growth.

Responsibilities:

Shop Operations & Administrative Support

• Schedule and title TikTok Lives using TikTok Live Manager to maximize visibility.
• Coordinate host availability and arrange coverage when needed.
• Maintain detailed documentation (in ClickUp or similar) of live themes, product lineups, and flash sale details.
• Prepare hosts with styling and product lineups to ensure consistency in hero products.
• Confirm product availability and studio readiness ahead of each session.
• Assist with live moderation, product pinning, and switching during TikTok Lives.
• Clip and label highlight moments for reuse across social platforms.
• Keep jewelry sets organized and refreshed for live sessions.

Product & Platform Maintenance

• Manage Product IDs (PIDs) and assist with ongoing product set maintenance.
• Support SPS Score and CCR management to ensure product compliance and accuracy.
• Help optimize Product Detail Pages (PDPs) with correct visuals, pricing, and descriptions.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Track and report on live performance metrics (GMV, engagement, CTR, view time).
• Compile and share daily or weekly reports with key insights and learnings.

Ad Support

• Assist with TikTok ad logistics, including TTS (Top Tier Spend), ACA, and Spark Codes as needed.

Must-Have:

• 1–3 years of administrative or virtual assistant experience.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Comfortable using spreadsheets, scheduling tools, and project management platforms (ClickUp, Notion, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Interest in social media, eCommerce, and live shopping platforms.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience working with TikTok Shop or eCommerce operations.
• Familiarity with jewelry or fashion retail environments.
• Experience tracking metrics and compiling reports.
• Basic understanding of ad campaign coordination or content moderation.
