The exchange team develops and maintain a cutting-edge trading platform. With a global presence across APAC, EMEA and North America, the team has since grown with the goal to provide a seamless and secure trading experience for our clients.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software project management experience, with domain knowledge of crypto trading or exchange platform is preferred
- A deep understanding of software development lifecycle, architecture, and infrastructure.
- Exposure to Waterfall, Agile development methodologies; experience as Scrum Master is a plus.
- Solid understanding of API and FIX protocol usage in a trading environment.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders across all business units.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with an ability for aligning disparate groups towards a common goal.
- Experience in process improvement and automation.A proactive and can-do attitude.
- Fluent verbal and written English is required. Proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese is a plus, as this role requires frequent interaction with key business partners in the APAC region.
- Expertise with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic Initiatives: Drive complex, large-scale technology projects from discovery to launch, ensuring seamless coordination across multiple teams and functions.
- Drive Project Execution: Proactively manage the project lifecycle by tracking progress, resolving dependencies, mitigating risks, and clearly communicating status to leadership and project stakeholders.
- Empower Development Teams: Partner with development teams to scope projects, define milestones, and manage resources. Ensure efficient deployment workflows and enhance knowledge sharing to empower the team.
- Drive Data-Informed Decisions: Establish and monitor metrics around the initiative, using data to guide strategy and measure success.
- Orchestrate Tech & Business Alignment: Align technology initiatives with business feature delivery, ensuring coordination between teams to balance technical and business priorities.
- High Quality Documentation: Facilitate the creation and maintenance of high-quality technical documentation for diverse audiences, including production support playbooks and API guides.
