Job Description
Role Summary
We are looking for builders. Not just recruiters who fill roles, but individuals who take ownership of how hiring gets done and continuously improve it.
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will manage full-cycle recruiting across Go-to-Market (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) or Technical and Corporate functions (Engineering, Finance, HR). You will partner closely with hiring managers across the Americas or EMEA to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment.
This is a high-autonomy role within a lean team. You are expected to operate with urgency, bring a point of view, and manage your portfolio like a business:
-
Owning your roles end-to-end, including outcomes, pace, and quality
-
Managing multiple searches as a portfolio, prioritizing where to invest time and effort
-
Using data to track progress, identify risks early, and adjust approach
-
Taking accountability for results, not just activity or process adherence
-
Proactively driving decisions rather than waiting for direction
You will be working in a remote, globally distributed environment, partnering across time zones, functions, and cultures. Success in this role requires strong communication, self-direction, and the ability to maintain momentum without day-to-day oversight.
