Job Description

Job Summary:
As a Software Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications that support our executive search operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create scalable and efficient solutions, ensuring an excellent user experience for both internal and external stakeholders. This role requires a combination of strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and an ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy software applications to support the company's digital recruitment initiatives.
  • Optimize and maintain existing software systems, ensuring performance, scalability, and security.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, recruiters, and data analysts to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Implement API integrations with third-party platforms and internal systems.
  • Develop user-friendly web applications and tools to enhance candidate tracking and client engagement.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software defects, performance issues, and security vulnerabilities.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the company

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in software development, preferably in web and application development.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Ruby.
  • Experience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Django, or Flask).
  • Strong understanding of database management (SQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems (Git).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in the recruitment or HR tech industry.
  • Knowledge of AI/ML applications in recruitment technology.
  • Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools.
  • Experience with security best practices in software development.
