About the Role
PGTEK is seeking a Sr. Training Lead to support our L200 Driving Adoption capability. You will turn new cloud and AI capabilities into durable workforce confidence and independent performance for federal and DoD customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design role-based curriculum, labs, facilitator materials, office hours, assessments, and proficiency reporting
• Apply instructional design, cloud/AI literacy, hands-on labs, adult learning, assessment, and technical writing
• Mentor team members and contribute reusable standards
• Support RMF/FedRAMP/DoD authorization activities

• 5+ years of relevant cloud, security, product, program, mission, or engineering experience
• 2+ years of hands-on Google Cloud or regulated-environment experience
• Experience with instructional design, cloud/AI literacy, hands-on labs, adult learning, assessment, technical writing, and facilitation

Preferred Qualifications

• CPTD or instructional-design/adult-learning credential
• Google Cloud role-aligned certification or instructor qualification

Clearance & Location
Active Secret clearance required; TS/SCI eligibility preferred. Hybrid or remote with travel to customer sites (~10–25%). Washington, DC / Northern Virginia area preferred.
