We invite a Senior Test Automation Engineer with deep expertise in UI automation to join our Center of Excellence (CoE) initiative for a leading global provider of payment technology and financial solutions. In this role, you’ll own and drive accessibility testing strategy and automation across multiple teams and products, ensuring compliance with accessibility standards and an inclusive experience for all users. You’ll also set standards, mentor teams, and drive adoption of accessibility best practices across the organization.

✅ Is that you?

• 5+ years in UI automation with deep accessibility testing expertise
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing automated accessibility test frameworks
• Strong knowledge of accessibility standards, guidelines, and best practices
• Hands-on experience with web and mobile UI automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium)
• Proficiency in programming/scripting languages for test automation (JavaScript, Python, or similar)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated accessibility tests
• Solid understanding of SDLC and enterprise-scale testing practices
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to influence teams, drive adoption of standards, and promote best practices
• Proactivity, ownership, accountability, and independent work skills
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Upper-Intermediate+ English level

Desirable:

• Knowledge of inclusive design and universal design principles
• Experience creating accessibility guidelines, documentation, or training materials
• Knowledge of assistive technologies (screen readers, keyboard navigation, voice control)

🧩Key responsibilities and your contribution

In this role, you’ll lead accessibility testing within our Center of Excellence, setting standards, shaping best practices, and mentoring teams to ensure inclusive and compliant UI experiences across the organization.

• Define and drive accessibility testing strategy and automation across products and platforms
• Design, implement, and maintain automated accessibility test frameworks
• Ensure compliance with accessibility standards and guidelines
• Integrate automated accessibility tests into CI/CD pipelines
• Evaluate UI designs and applications for accessibility issues or gaps and suggest improvements
• Contribute to the CoE, aligning practices, mentoring engineers, and promoting continuous improvement
