About this opportunity

We invite an experienced Senior Test Automation Engineer to join our global team. In this role, you’ll own and drive test automation for a SaaS platform that helps thousands of organizations manage their workforce, projects, and payroll efficiently. You’ll collaborate with skilled professionals and mentor QA engineers to build reliable, scalable automation solutions that support continuous delivery and promote a culture of quality and excellence.

Is that you?

• 4+ years of hands-on QA experience, including 2+ years in test automation

• Proficiency in Playwright with JavaScript and TypeScript

• Experience writing and maintaining UI and API tests

• Familiarity with CI/CD integration using GitHub Actions

• Knowledge of test reporting tools like Allure TestOps

• Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams

• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote setup

• Upper-Intermediate+ English level

Desirable:

• Experience mentoring or onboarding QA engineers in automation

• Background in mobile or desktop application testing

• Experience setting up test environments or virtual machines

Key responsibilities and your contribution

In this role, you’ll own and drive our test automation efforts to improve product quality and delivery.

• Extend and maintain the Playwright-based automation framework using JavaScript/TypeScript

• Build and manage automated UI and API test coverage

• Maintain documentation and internal libraries for test automation

• Integrate automated testing into the development process with QA, Engineering, DevOps, and Product teams

• Mentor and guide manual QA engineers during onboarding and automation upskilling

• Continuously improve testing tools, frameworks, and practices

• Manage automated test execution and reporting through GitHub Actions and Allure TestOps
