Senior Project Manager

Role: Senior Project Manager
Location: Remote | Philippines
Schedule: 9AM-5PM Pacific Standard Time

The Senior Project Manager generally works independently, with general supervision, and implements company and department policies and procedures to oversee high-impact projects and coordinate with multiple teams, including brand managers and the executive team, to drive projects to completion efficiently through process improvement. Responsibilities include project planning, execution, delivery of milestones, and serving as a subject matter expert (SME) in specialized department functions, and mentoring junior team members.

Primary Responsibilities: 

• Manages the project lifecycle, including monitoring of project progress, ensuring all deadlines and deliverables are met, and adhering to the project budget. Strategizes and determines a course of action, assesses and resolves a wide range of issues, and provides counsel and advice as required.
• Leads project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring alignment with company goals and expectations
• Works with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones, overcome challenges, and maintain momentum
• Identifies and mitigates risks throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successful project outcomes
• Enhances processes, schedule workflows, and allocate resources effectively 
• Tracks project progress, adjust timelines and resources as necessary, and keep all parties informed 
• Assesses project goals and ensure they align with the organization’s overall strategy and vision
• Serves as an SME for up to three department-specialized functions, providing guidance and training to team members
• Discusses anomalies, possible causes, and solutions with the team to ensure alignment with company requirements
• Mentors junior team members, fostering their development and ensuring alignment with team objectives
• Maintains or exceeds department-established performance standards
• Other duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of related experience in project management or related roles, 2 years of which are highly relevant 
• Demonstrates excellent understanding of department practices, procedures, and specialized functions. Applies good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions to assigned clients and projects  

• Demonstrates excellent understanding of department practices, procedures, and specialized functions. Applies independent judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions to assigned clients and projects.  

• Strong project management skills, with a track record of leading successful initiatives
• Knowledge of eCommerce is preferred but not required 
• Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar software
• Excellent communication 
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Proven ability to mentor and train team members
