Senior Data Analyst

About the unit:
Performance Analytics Unit acts as the company's eyes and ears, gathering data on shipments, routes, and warehouse operations. The Unit analyzes data to identify areas for improvement, such as faster delivery times or reduced costs, and provides insights to optimize the entire logistics network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with business and technical teams to identify operational needs and plan practical tools or system improvements.
• Develop and improve web applications, including user interfaces, APIs, database connections, and automated workflows.
• Use approved AI development tools to support coding, testing, and documentation, and review the output for accuracy and security.
• Maintain tools after launch, resolve issues, and keep documentation updated for ongoing support and handover.
• Monitor tool performance, errors, and data updates, and coordinate with the appropriate teams to resolve problems.
• Track improvement requests and follow agreed code review, testing, user acceptance, and release processes.
• Follow company requirements for access controls, data security, and separation of client information.

Technical Requirements: 

• Hands-on experience in full-stack web development using JavaScript or TypeScript, a modern UI framework, and server-side or API development.
• Working knowledge of SQL and connecting applications to existing data sources.
• Ability to use Git, troubleshoot application issues, write tests, and maintain existing code.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools while protecting company and client information.
• Ability to review logs, check data refreshes, and identify application, platform, or source-data issues.
• Familiarity with React/Next.js and MySQL, or comparable technologies.
