Job Description

The employee will be in charge serving and securing sales from our retailers. Apart from that, this headcount will be ensuring market hygiene by rotating the FMCG goods at the retailer’s outlet as well as expanding the amount of wallet share captured at these outlets. Ninja Mart is focused on disrupting the FMCG distribution business with logistics assets across the region. As our business scales to meet customer demand,The goal is to enable our business model to grow speedily and sustainably.

Responsibilities

Drive sales within assigned territory and customer portfolio.

Develop and maintain active outlets and identify new business opportunities.

Execute promotions, trade programmes and other commercial initiatives.

Follow up and collect outstanding payments from assigned customers/outlets.

Monitor due and overdue balances and escalate collection issues where required.

Maintain proper follow-up on customer payment commitments.

Complete assigned outlet visits and route activities.

Manage daily field activities effectively to support sales, collection and customer servicing.

Comply with working hours, reporting arrangements and field schedules.

Provide timely updates and reports to the immediate supervisor.

Support customers and resolve or escalate sales, delivery or payment-related issues.

Comply with Company policies, SOPs and reasonable management instructions.

Requirements

2+ years of FMCG sales experience
