Position Overview

The Remote Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging with prospective clients, and closing deals. This role requires a results-driven, self-motivated sales professional with strong communication skills and experience in B2B sales, preferably within professional services or recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to acquire new clients for executive search services.
  • Identify and qualify potential clients through research, networking, and outbound prospecting.
  • Conduct sales presentations and consultative meetings with prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline tracking in the CRM system.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to overall business growth.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in professional services, executive search, or recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of consultative sales strategies and ability to tailor solutions to client needs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience using CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to manage sales pipelines.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
  • Ability to handle multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
