Job Description

Our client Navigator HR is looking for Sales Development Assistant to work remotely in Lahore.

About the Role:

We're looking for driven, articulate Sales Development Assistant who can support our clients' sales
teams by building pipeline, qualifying leads, and booking meetings. You'll be working with US-based companies
across industries — running outbound campaigns, managing CRM data, and being the first voice prospects
hear. If you're hungry to break into B2B sales, love the hustle, and want to sharpen your skills in a real-world,
client-facing environment — this is your Launchpad.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via cold email, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calling to generate qualified
    leads for client sales teams.
  • Research and build targeted prospect lists using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, or
    similar platforms.
  • Qualify inbound leads by assessing fit, budget, timeline, and decision-making authority (BANT framework).
  • Schedule discovery calls and demos for client Account Executives or Closers — manage calendar
    coordination across time zones.
  • Maintain and update CRM records (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive) with accurate notes,
    tags, and deal-stage tracking.
  • Execute and optimize multi-step email sequences and follow-up cadences.
  • Track and report on key SDR metrics: emails sent, calls made, reply rates, meetings booked, and pipeline
    generated.
  • Collaborate with client marketing teams to align messaging, share feedback on lead quality, and improve
    targeting.
  • Handle initial objections and FAQs with a consultative approach — positioning the client's value proposition
    clearly.
  • Participate in regular sales huddles, pipeline reviews, and training sessions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1 – 3 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent spoken and written English — confident on calls and professional in written outreach.
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, or Pipedrive).
  • Familiarity with outbound sales tools (Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lemlist, Instantly, etc.).
  • Strong organizational skills — able to manage high-volume outreach without dropping the ball.
  • Resilient and coachable — comfortable with rejection and eager to improve.
  • Available to work night shift hours (5:00 PM – 2:00 AM PKT) to overlap with US business hours

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling to or prospecting for US-based B2B companies.
Knowledge of sales methodologies (SPIN, Challenger, Sandler, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Make.com, Airtable, or marketing automation tools.
  • Previous experience in a BPO, or remote-first sales team.
  • Any relevant certifications (HubSpot Sales, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).
