Sales Development Representative (SDR)

About the Role

Join the sales team at an AI recruiting technology company and help bring its recruiting services to startups. You will build relationships with founders and hiring leaders by turning outbound conversations into qualified meetings.

What You'll Do

• Make daily outbound calls to founders and hiring leaders, using provided prospect lists and outreach sequences.
• Reach prospects through email and LinkedIn, and respond promptly to signs of interest.
• Follow up consistently, share requested information, and handle common objections professionally.
• Learn about a company's hiring needs, timing, and decision-makers to qualify prospects and book meetings for the founders or sales team.
• Use AI tools to support efficient outreach while keeping research focused and relevant.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in a customer-facing role with a high volume of daily conversations, or early-career customer-facing experience.
• Relevant backgrounds may include SDR or BDR work, appointment setting, inside sales, recruiting or staffing sales, call-center work, door-to-door sales, or retail sales.
• Experience with outbound calls, CRMs, sales dialers, or outreach sequences is useful.
• Familiarity with selling to founders, hiring managers, or small-business owners, using AI tools in sales, or working at a startup is a plus.
• Individual contributors and early-career sales professionals are encouraged to apply.

Location

Remote, with in-person onboarding in Salt Lake City, Utah. The role is based in the Salt Lake City area, or candidates must be willing to relocate there.
