As a recruiter, you will interact with candidates at all stages of the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience and aligning talent with our organizational needs. A high level of English proficiency (C1) is required to communicate effectively with international candidates. • Proven experience as a recruiter, with a focus on remote recruitment preferred.
• Strong proficiency in CRM systems to manage candidate information and interactions.

• Experience conducting interviews and evaluating candidates' fit.
