Remote Accountant

Everything To Gain is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Remote Accountant with proficiency in QuickBooks, payroll processing, and QuickBooks Online (QBO). Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and QBO.
• Process payroll for employees, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Prepare and provide timely financial reports and dashboards to management.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Reconcile accounts and identify discrepancies.
• Respond to inquiries related to accounting and payroll matters.

• Proven experience as an Accountant, particularly with QuickBooks and QBO.
• Strong understanding of payroll processing and compliance.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to produce accurate and timely financial reports.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
